For Voice Recordings: The line to be recorded, a brief description of what it's for.
For Music: As much information as possible, including, but not limited to: Genre, the sensation-feeling-general vibes you are looking for, and/or references!
Please note that while there are estimates for time on each project, each project may or may not fall within that time range. Simply put: every project is a unique piece, with details that will vary from project to project, and as such, you will be understanding in this regard. Otherwise, please see below about Rush Orders.
Note on Genres* ---Genre may be limited to ones I have written before, most including Classical, Symphonic, Rock, Metal, Chiptune, and Swing, mostly. They may also be mixed with another, in a way that makes my music unique and written with love.
In the event that there are no descriptors and only a genre or a reference, I will write the song as I see fit!
Any/all commissions will be worked on a 'First Come, First Serve' form of priority, including when I am working on personal projects in between. (Ex. A longer project may be finished before a shorter one.)
If there is a rush on an order, or a deadline, I will be charging an additional 10% Rush Order Fee.
THERE WILL BE NO VOCALS; I am not a singer. However, if you have permissions / rights, you can submit vocals from another artist for me to use as I see fit! If this is the case, I will need the Artist's name for proper Crediting.

Upon commissioning me, you agree to all of the following.
Payments will be through Pay-Pal.
You will not charge-back on PayPal.

I will retain rights to upload as my own works.
I will retain the right to include songs written as a part of any future album releases.
If your song is used on Youtube, I will need song names + the channel to confirm, as I will need to manually remove a claim. HOWEVER, you will need to attribute credit accordingly with the following format: "Song Name" by MightyMooMoo [link to the website]
I will not upload any Voice / Audio / Short Recordings, unless as a reference. Credit must be attributed if used at all.
I will not show updates unless I livestream on Twitch or Discord (or upon request).
If any file is sent prior to completion, there will be other audio included as an audio 'watermark' to prevent audio theft.
You must provide a Song Name before the project(s) will be marked as complete.
I will send an Invoice via PayPal, and will therefore need an e-mail that your PayPal is associated with.
You will receive a copy of the original file once the song is completed, and Paid in Full.
Upon receiving your copy of the original file, you agree to the following: 1. You will not claim as your own. 2. You will not upload it ANYWHERE. 3. You will not share it, unless through the intended project/livestream. 4. Regardless of what platform, you will always properly credit and attribute music to myself.
